Local Consultant for the National Development Banks’ Urban Climate Action Programme (NUCA)

In 2024, GREENEVA was selected as the local consultant for the National Development Banks’ Urban Climate Action Programme (NUCA), a global initiative led under the International Development Finance Club and supported by Agence Française de Développement, in collaboration with PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur.

GREENEVA supported the initial preparation phase of the urban climate programme through stakeholder mapping to identify relevant stakeholders and the development of a list of potential cities as candidates for climate action programme implementation.

GREENEVA also conducted an assessment of the needs, challenges, and potential of PT SMI as Indonesia’s national development bank in supporting the development of the urban climate programme. This work included information gathering and analysis, coordination support, completion of questionnaire surveys to identify gaps and needs, as well as the preparation of technical and strategic inputs to support programme implementation.

In addition, GREENEVA prepared the stakeholder engagement strategy document, supported the country study update, and contributed to the development of the detailed work programme as part of the programme implementation preparation process
